Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. | 3/11/2023 | Community Event- Zeta Amicae & Members of Phi Rho Zeta Sorority, Inc. will collaborate for a fun time of line dancing at Weldon Stem High School Career Academy. Information, masks and COVID home tests will be displayed. |
Concerned Citizens of Tillery and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. | 3/16/2023 | Scotland Neck Recreation Foundation. Plan to interact with children in and after school program. Plan to talk with them and do activities to bring awareness of influenza and COVID 19 safety protocol. |
Lake Gaston Links Inc. and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. | 3/18/2023 | C.O.D.E. Green Take II - a line dancing event where literature and PPE will be distributed. Vacines will be available. |
Concerned Citizens of Tillery | 3/18/2023 | Seventh Day Adventist Church in Roanoke Rapids at 10:15 AM. Will do a presentation on COVID 19, Long COVID, Influenza and protocols. Also plan to distribute PPE. |
Sonya O. Jarrell is a native of Roanoke Rapids, NC who comes from humble beginnings. Born and reared in the Thelma Road area to Rosa and the late Glenn Jarrell, Sr. she has taken those roots throughout her many lifelong endeavors. She holds family, friends and faith dear to her heart and goes above and beyond to assist others when possible. Efforts of her giving may not be made publicly, but in her own quiet way she is devoted to the well-being of her neighbors.
Renee M. Clark is a dynamic and versatile professional that has more than 20 years of service in the health care industry. With decades of experience in programming and marketing, Ms. Clark has risen as a visionary able to identify new ideas and develop them from conception to completion.
Margaret Clayton is a truly a Lay Health Advisor (LHA) “On the Move!” A resident of Northampton County, North Carolina. Warren County Government is where she has been employed for 13 years; and although the job is an enjoyable one, retiring within the next 2-5 years sounds exciting. As a two-time, 26-year breast cancer survivor, life for Margaret is indeed appreciated and celebrated!
Elvelon W. Mason is a very active and committed Lay Health Advisor (LHA) who resides in Northampton County with her husband Daryl. She retired in 2014 with 31 years of service from Warren County Schools where she served as a teacher, mentor, technology facilitator, and online facilitator.
